Looking for a creative and relaxed team activity? A team outing at KERA café is a refreshing way to step away from the office and spend time together in a different setting.
During your visit, you’ll paint ceramics in a café environment, with space to talk, laugh and work side by side. We start with a short introduction, after which everyone can paint at their own pace. No experience needed! It’s an easy, accessible activity that focuses on connection rather than performance.
Once you’re finished, we glaze and fire all ceramic pieces for you. You’ll receive an email when they’re ready to be picked up, giving everyone a tangible reminder of a creative moment shared with the team.
For groups of 6 people or more, you can choose a group package. This allows you to pay everything in advance and fix the ceramic budget ahead of time. It’s not a discount, but a practical way to organise your team outing without last-minute decisions.

Make your creative moment extra cosy with something delicious. Choose from our pastry selection including cookies, brownies and blondies or fresh cinnamon rolls, perfect to share while you paint. Already know that you want a sweet treat? Then you can book the package 'Ceramics, Drinks and Pastry'. Not sure yet? You can always decide to order a pastry during your visit!
Frequently Asked Questions
Small decorations are welcome, as long as you keep other guests in the café in mind. The space is not private and is shared with other visitors. On busy days, it’s often not possible to decorate the table earlier than 15 minutes in advance, due to other reservations.
No, unfortunately it’s not allowed to bring your own food or drinks
We work with time slots of 2.5 hours. If you’d like to give or open gifts during your visit, please keep in mind that this needs to take place within this time slot. Only if there is no reservation after your group, it may be possible to stay a little longer. Feel free to ask our team about this during your visit.
We understand that plans can change. If a deposit has been paid and you inform us in time that fewer people will be attending, the paid amount will be settled during your visit to the café.
If you have paid a €10 per person deposit, this amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit.
If you have paid in advance for a group package, we will refund any overpaid amount after your visit.
We kindly ask you to let us know no later than the morning of your visit if your group size changes. You can simply send us an email. This helps us offer the table to another guest.
Of course, illness or unexpected situations can happen, and we completely understand. At the same time, especially on popular days, we try to accommodate as many guests as possible. We truly appreciate your understanding.
